How do I submit my Logo Artwork? Logo Artwork must be in vector format. It must be created by a vector-based graphics program such as Adobe Illustrator, Freehand, Corel Draw. Common file extensions are .eps, .ai, .pdf. Convert all text to curves or outlines. These files most often come from the designer of your logo or your marketing department. We cannot accept Raster Art. Common file extensions for Raster Art are .jpg, .gif, .tif, .bmp, .png and others. Do NOT use design software to save a Raster Art file as an .eps, .ai, or .pdf file. These files are not considered vector artwork and cannot be accepted. If your Artwork is Text Only, let us know what font and point size you would like to use and we will prepare your artwork. Although we have many fonts, it is possible that we will not have your specific font. In this case, we will ask you to supply us with the font file. Microsoft Word, Excel, Works, Publisher, and PowerPoint are not vector-based graphics programs. We cannot use artwork created in these programs. However, we can use them as a point of reference and if possible, we will recreate the artwork with possible artwork design charges.
How do I determine the Size of my Binder Ring? How do I measure my Binder Ring? For D-Rings - measure the inside of the straight part of the metal ring. For Angle D-Rings - measure the inside of the straight part of the metal ring. For Round Rings - measure the inside diameter of the metal ring. DO NOT measure the outside spine of the binder.
How do I know what Ring Size I need? The figures below are approximate capacity ranges. Be sure to consider the thickness of your paper, the addition of tabs and other inserts.
Ring will hold 160-200 sheets.

What is a Straight-D Ring?
How long will my order take? If the item is in stock, we will ship within 24 to 48 hours Tuesday through Friday (excluding holidays.) Most often, stock items ship the same day! If an item is out of stock, it could take 15 to 20 business days to produce if we don't already have the item in production. Binders with Your Firm Name and Custom Index Tabs require 15 to 20 business days to produce - upon proof approval. Production time for other Custom items will/can be quoted. Allow an additional 1 to 8 transit days for Ground Shipping. Expedited Shipping is available and subject to additional fees.
What is a "Vinyl" Binder? A Vinyl Binder is formed by heat sealing the outer edges of the vinyl together. Vinyl is the most cost-effective and widely used material for binders. Vinyl can be customized using screen or litho printing, foil stamping, debossing or appliqué. There are a wide range of colors and styles available. We only use Premium Expanded Vinyls for our Vinyl Binders.
What is a "Turned-Edge" Binder? Turned-Edge binders have the look and feel of a hard-bound book. They feature the glued smooth edges of a hand crafted book, producing a handsome binder with a traditional look and feel. The cover material is turned over the edge of the binder and glued. Turned-Edge binders are available in a wide range of cover materials, including cloth, real and imitation leather, paper and some plastics. They can also be customized with screen printing, foil stamping, debossing, embossing or film laminating.
